I need Make-up & Hair ideas! for my halloween costume!! Help!?
Okay I'm gonna be a sexy ghost buster girl. I'm gonna wear black high sequined boots, And a sequin rhinestone beaded bra under the jumpsuit to give it a little bit more flash. So that should be hott.
But I need some tips or ideas on make-up... I want my costume to stand out. What make-up ideas or hair ideas do you guys-gals have?

Low pigtails would look super cute with that costume. You could do straight or wavy ones--it just depends on your hair type and preference. Here's a wavy look I love:

For bouncy, curled pigtails like Lauren's, begin by blow-drying your hair straight. Then use a large barreled curling iron to create spiral curls on only the bottom half of your hair. In other words, don't wrap the curling iron all the way up to your scalp--just go to about the top of your ear. Create a part down the back center of your head. Decide where you want your pigtails to be and then secure with elastics. Tousle your pigtails with your fingers to loosen curls. Finish with a shine spray or serum (I love Hask Pure Shine Frizz Remedy) to ensure that you will be frizz-free all night. For added style, take a small section of hair from each pigtail and wrap around the elastic to hide it. Secure with bobby pins.
I couldn't find a good picture of straight pigtails, but if that's the look you want, simply use a flat iron to straighten your hair and then secure into pigtails with elastics. Again, you could wrap hair around the elastics if you wanted.
As far as make-up goes, pick either your eyes or lips as the focus feature and keep everything else pretty natural. If you want your eyes to stand out, first line your top lashline with a liquid liner. If you're new at liquid liner, go slow. Use your fingers to gently pull the corner of your eyelid out and then apply liner in soft, short strokes. The line should be very thin towards the inner corner of your eye and fatter towards the outer corner. If you mess up, don't worry--wet a Q-Tip and gently fix your line. Create a cat-eye winged effect at the outer corner. If your still having trouble, look up tutorials on YouTube (SarahVictor has some great ones) or look at pictures of celebrities with liquid liner on and try to copy them. After your liner dries, apply a sheer, shimmery color to your lids. A light plum or taupe would work great. Use a shimmery white color under your brows. For added drama, add false lashes and then coat with mascara. Keep the rest of the face natural with a light peachy-pink blush and a clear lip gloss or balm.
If you want your lips to be the focus, red if definitely the way to go. Start by applying a ChapStick, then use a red lip liner to line your lips. Use the same liner to fill in your lips a little bit. Then use your red lipstick over that. If you're new at bright lipsticks, use a small lip brush to apply intead of straight from the tube. If you don't have a lip brush, try using your fingers. If you want to add a clear gloss over the red, go for it. Finish the look with a pink blush, a sheer shimmery eyeshadow, and some mascara.
