Birthday Party Decoration Ideas?

So I finally picked a theme for my birthday:
DIAMONDS AND PEARLS!!
"Cause Diamonds and Pearls are best friends of girls"
Now I need ideas for decorations!

So far I have looong strands of pearls and rhinestones and a few other things... any ideas?!?

I like this site.
